Allows entrances to be created and edited in the parking lot. The Entrances dialog box lists entrances created when the lot was generated (see Generate Lot from Boundary) as well as entrances created with the New and Pick tools.

Use the Entrances tool to:

• Create a new entrance in the lot
• Edit an existing entrance in the lot
• Rename an existing entrance

Entrances dialog box

Name

The name given to the entrance when it was created.

Width

The width of the entrance between the end islands.

Left Angle (Left Side Island Angle)

The angle of the island on the left side of the entrance.

Right Angle (Right Side Island Angle)

The angle of the island on the right side of the entrance.

New

Allows a new entrance to be created in the lot.

Pick

Allows a polyline/complex chain to be selected in the drawing to create an entrance from.

Rename

Allows the selected entrance to be renamed.

Edit

Allows the selected entrance to be edited.

Delete

Removes the selected entrances from the drawing and the Entrances list.
