This category displays the program name, version, build date, license number, maximum number of users allowed, MAP (Maintenance Assurance Program) expiry date, and the installation code for the currently installed product.
Ensure that you are connected to the internet and then click this button to review the license agreement online.

Click this button to update the product license to the latest licensing information available on the Transoft Solutions server.
If you are connected to the internet:
In the Update License dialog box that displays, under Update Method, select Update License Online and then click OK.
If you are not connected to the internet:

Ensure that you are connected to the internet and then click this button to deactivate the product license, which allows you to activate the same license on a different computer. In the Deactivate License dialog box that displays, fill in all required information, and then click Deactivate. Your license will get deactivated automatically.
Note: If your computer is behind a firewall, you will need to configure it to allow the CAD application (e.g. AutoCAD/acad.exe or MicroStation/ustation.exe) to have access to the Internet. If you have to set up a firewall exception, specify port 27010 as an outgoing port.

In the Activate License dialog box that displays, fill in all required information and then click Activate. Your license will get activated automatically.

The network version provides a function to check out a license for laptop users who want to be disconnected from the License Server for a period of time and still be able to run the product.
Click this button to check out a license (after supplying a password if the administrator has enabled password protection. See License Server Administration Tool -> To Administrate the License Checkout System).
In the Check Out License dialog box, specify a comment and the Checkout Expiry Date.
The computer will not need to be connected to the License Server to run the program until the checkout expiry date is reached. At that time the computer will need to be connected to the License Server to run the program.
Click this button to check the license back in.
