Select Current Design Guideline Dialog Box

Allows you to select the current design guideline, create new design guidelines and edit, rename, or delete existing user created ones. A design guideline is a set of parameters used for roundabout design. You can set up multiple design guidelines to recall them in the future (e.g. to handle roundabout specifications outlined by different local authorities).

Note: The shipped design guidelines cannot be edited, renamed, or deleted. However, you can create a copy of a shipped design guideline to edit. User created design guidelines can be edited, renamed, and deleted.

In the dialog box, move the mouse pointer over the controls to view the associated tooltip and then reference the controls described below.

Current Design Guideline

Displays the currently selected design guideline. To select a different design guideline, click the desired design guideline in the list.

New

Click this button to create a new design guideline.

Copy

Click this button to create a new design guideline by copying the selected design guideline.

View

Click this button to view the selected default design guideline.

Edit

Click this button to edit the selected user created design guideline.

Rename

Click this button to rename the selected user created design guideline.

Delete

Click this button to delete the selected user created design guideline.

Export

Click this button to export the selected user created design guideline to a file.

Import

Click this button to import a user created design guideline.

Information

Click this button to display descriptive information for the selected design guideline.
