    This dialog box displays the program name, version, build date, license type, license number, installation code, MAP (Maintenance Assurance Program) expiry date, and the maximum number of users allowed for the currently installed product.

    Note: If your computer is behind a firewall, you will need to configure it to allow the CAD application (e.g. AutoCAD/acad.exe or MicroStation/ustation.exe) to have access to the Internet. If you have to set up a firewall exception, specify port 27010 as an outgoing port.

    License Agreement

    Note: This button may not be available for the currently installed product.

    Ensure that you are connected to the internet, and then click this button to review the license agreement online.

    Update License

    Note: This button is available for standalone licenses only.

    Click this button to update the product license to the latest licensing information available on the Transoft Solutions server.

    In the Update License dialog box that displays, under Update license options, click Update License Online, and then click OK.

    1. Contact Transoft Solutions via phone or email with the information displayed in the Update License dialog box to receive your Authorization Key.
    2. When you have received the Authorization Key, click to select Update License with Authorization Key.
    3. In the Authorization Key box, type the Authorization Key, and then click OK.

    Your license will get updated automatically.

    Deactivate License

    Note: This button is available for standalone licenses only.

    1. Ensure that you are connected to the internet, and then click Deactivate License.
    2. In the Deactivate License dialog box that displays, fill in all required information, and then click OK.

    Your license will get deactivated automatically.

    Check Out License

    Note: This button is available for network licenses only.

    1. Click this button to check out a license (after supplying a password if the administrator has enabled password protection. See License Server Administration Tool -> To Administrate the License Checkout System).
    2. In the Check Out License dialog box that displays, type a comment, specify the checkout expiry date, and then click OK.

    The computer will not need to be connected to the License Server to run the program until the checkout expiry date is reached. At that time, the computer will need to be connected to the License Server to run the program.

    Check In License

    Note: This button is available for network licenses only.

    Click this button to check the license back in.
