The Services tab contains all settings, parameters and information regarding any fixed services in the Stand session.
Click the Add button to insert a Fuel pit in the drawing. It is advised to check or modify the Settings before doing so. The following settings are available:
This radius defines a circle around the fuel pit in which the fuel connection point of the airplane shall be positioned in order to facilitate proper fuel servicing. The default value is set at 10.0 m or 30 ft.
This radius defines a circle around the Fuel pit which is not allowed to be under the wing or engine of the airplane for safety reasons. The default value is set at 1.0 m or 3 ft.
After inserting the Fuel pit in the drawing it is displayed in the dialog with the following items:
Fuel pit labels are by default FP1, FP2 and so on and can be altered in the appropriate table cell if desired.
Creation of 400Hz services works in the same way as the Fuel pits, above. The services are by default displayed in the dialog and drawing as EL1, EL2, etc.
Creation of Pre Conditioned Air services works in the same way as the Fuel pits, above. The services are by default displayed in the dialog and drawing as PCA1, PCA2, etc.
Creation of Sewage services works in the same way as the Fuel pits, above. The services are by default displayed in the dialog and drawing as SW1, SW2, etc.
Creation of Potable Water services works in the same way as the Fuel pits, above. The services are by default displayed in the dialog and drawing as PW1, PW2, etc.
