The Configure Column List dialog is used to control the columns (fields) currently displayed in the Select Object dialog. The right-hand column shows the columns currently displayed, while the left-hand column shows other columns that may be added.

Fields can be moved between the Available Fields window and Displayed Fields window with the two upper buttons between the windows. The two up/down buttons are only active in the Displayed Fields window and are used to modify the sequence of displayed columns where the upper field is displayed to the far left. Below the two windows there is a Frozen Columns box where the number of frozen columns in the table, i.e. columns that are always displayed, can be set or modified.
