While these text items are not actually library blocks/cells, you will find that GuideSIGN Markings provides a set of standard library road text that can be inserted in your drawings.

These standard text are inserted in exactly the same way as the symbols. Select the item required from the thumbnails and use the click and rotate method to place text within the drawing area.
