Note: This procedure applies to GuideSIGN Plus only.

Before starting GuideSIGN Plus for the first time, you must log into your Transoft Solutions account.

1. Click the link in the my.transoftsolutions.com invitation email that you received. You will be directed to the Transoft Portal web page.
2. Create a password for your Transoft Solutions account.
3. Start GuideSIGN Plus. The Login dialog box displays.
4. In the Username box, type the email address that was used to receive the invitation email, and then click Next.
5. Type your password, and then click Submit.
   Note: If for some reason you cannot log into your Transoft Solutions account, click Forgot Password.

After you have logged into your Transoft Solutions account once, GuideSIGN Plus will not require entering your username and password.
