This feature is not available in GuideSIGN.

Allows the sign group location to be specified with a sign assembly that uses a span sign support (see Create Sign Assembly: Sign Support Type).

Note: This dialog box is only available when the sign support type is set to: Cantilever, Butterfly Cantilever, Span, or Span+Cantilever (see Create Sign Assembly: Sign Support Type)

Set Sign Group Location Dialog Box

Pick a sign group on the span of a sign assembly in the drawing to set it's location on the span.

Selected Sign Group Preview

Displays the sign group that was selected in the sign assembly in the drawing.

Side of Support

Allows you to specify the Front or Back of the span. Select Front or Back and then move the pointer into the drawing area to update the sign assembly.

Set Horizontal Distance from Post

Click this check box, specify the desired distance value in the box, and then click Apply to specify the location of the sign group on the span of the sign assembly.

To manually define the location, move the pointer in an appropriate direction to modify the distance value as desired, and then click to set the distance. As you move the pointer, the Set Horizontal Distance from Post value will update accordingly.

Note: The distance is measured from the center of the sign support symbol to the center of the sign group.
