The software fully supports the standard colors for signing specified by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). If your workspace has not been configured to define custom colors, you can have the software determine the best RGB color matches for the FHWA standard colors in the attached color table and use the indexed colors for the inserted content.
To have the software use only indexed colors in the drawing, select the Only use indexed colors in the drawing check box.
Before using GuideSIGN Plus in MicroStation, the working units must be set so that the number of positional units per sub unit allows enough resolution to display the objects correctly. Examples of appropriate working unit settings for imperial and metric drawings are:
