The Quick Access toolbar (top row of icons), shows "administrative" icons for tools. These are:

• New Group: Start creating a new Group creation
• Open: Opens a dialog from which a saved group can be selected and opened
• Save: Saves the active Group. Provide a name in the Save dialog and confirm
• Save As: Save the displayed Group that originally was based on another Group under another name than the original Group
