Enabling Data Exchange

The User Token

To enable secure data exchange, all users required to supply data from AviPLAN Airside Pro need to provide a secure AviPLAN Airside Pro user token. To initiate this process, the AeroCENTRAL Stand Guide administrator needs to send the AviPLAN Airside Pro user a message requesting delivery of AviPLAN Airside Pro data for use in AeroCENTRAL Stand Guide.

To Create a User Token:

1. On the AviPLAN Airside Pro ribbon, click AeroCENTRAL Data Exchange.
2. On the Settings tab, type your name, your company email address, and the company name in appropriate boxes.
3. Your AviPLAN Airside Pro license number will be automatically placed in the license box.
   Note: The license number cannot be edited or removed.
4. Click the Save user token to file button, type a name for your user token, and then browse to the location where you want to store the token file. The file will have the .avpusertoken file name extension.
5. Send this file to the AeroCENTRAL Stand Guide administrator so that you can be added to the list of trusted users for that particular site.

Note: Selecting the Show Stand Guide comment tab in commands checkbox will add an extra Stand Guide tab to the Park, Path, and Stand dialog boxes. This tab can be used, prior delivery, to add specific information to sessions that will assist AeroCENTRAL Stand Guide administrators and operators to better identify the purpose of, or changes to, the individual sessions being delivered.
